I worked as an Associate Professional doing Community Support and Intensive In Home Therapy for 2 years with 2 different companies, which provided me multiple experiences of working with Autistic Spectrum students and their families. Every Autistic child has unique challenges, strengths, and needs, but I have found great success through basic understanding of the most common patterns and, most importantly, caring patience.
